SUPPLIES zip
-Tubes Girl by Marcio,
-Tube old watch by Suzy Sgai,
-Tube seagull by Janet,
-tube Misted eyes by Pinkalinka
-Background and text tubes by me

Open tubes in PSP

1.- Open a new transparent image 650x450

2.-Set the color palette with this colors
Foreground #1b2132
background # 2f446c

3.-Make a Foreground/Bacground gradient
Style Linear
with the following settings
and flood fill the image with it

4.- EFFECTS-->Illumination effects-->SUNBURST
color #d7cfd0 and the following settings

5.-EFFECTS--> edge effects-->ENHACE

ADJUST-->BLUR--> GAUSSIAN BLUR --> radius 2

6.-Copy and Paste as a NEW LAYER the tube "SS_1678"
Resize tube at 75% bicubic.
With your PICK TOOL move the tube to it's place
Put hte blend mode of this layer in Overlay.

7.-Copy and Paste as a NEW LAYER tube "misted eyes"
and put it in it's place (superior right corner )

8.-Copy and paste as a NEW LAYER tube "MC_701"
Resize at 90% bicubic
EFFECTS-->3D effects--> Drop shadow-->
color #181829 with this settings

9.-copy and paste as a NEW LAYER tube "ivice_freedomtext"

Put your blend mode to luminance(L)
and the Opacity on 40%

 

10.-Paste "tube_text" again AS A NEW LAYER

Change blend mode to Diference and the Opacity on 20%

11.-Copy and Paste as NEW LAYER tube "seagull_janet"
Resize to 40% , bicubic

12.-EFFECTS-->3d effects-->Drop shadow
color # 181829 with the following settings

 

13.-IMAGE-->add border-->4px color #181829

14.-IMAGE-->add border-->37 px color #294a84

15.-Select and apply script "photoedges"

(If your scripts menu is not active do it like this: Menu view-->toolbars--> script)

16.-Click ok in the window you get , don't change any setting
and wait until the procces is complete
this is what we go so far

17.-Click in the background layer
Copy and paste "ivices_background" incluided in the zip

LAYERS--> MERGE VISIBLE ....resize at 75%: bicubic.

Add your signature and please don't forget to incluide credits as well

and you are done!!
