SUPPLIES zip
-Tube and font of your choice

-Brushes, Mask and Gradient in the zip
Please intall them in the correspondent folder in PSP

1.-New Transparent Raster 500x350 px

2.-In your color palette set Foreground/Background gradient
with these settings
and flood fill your raster with it.

3.-In the Layer palette-->Duplicate layer

MENU->IMAGE-->FLIP

4.-MENU LAYERS-->LOAD MASK-->LOAD FROM DISK select "c-rahmen5"

5.-This is how our layer palette looks now :

6.-Rigth click on GROUP LAYER -1
and from the menu select
MERGE-->MERGE GROUP

7.-This is how it looks now

8.-Activate Group merged layer
MENU EFFECTS-->TEXTURE EFFECTS-->BLINDS

And will have this :

9.-Copy and paste as new layer the tube of our choice
and apply a shadow effect with this settings

10.-Select eraser tool with this settings:

Activate the mask layer and using the eraser tool
Let's clean all the corners,squares or etc
that can be over the tube face

11.-Layers--> Add a new layer
Select Brush tool --> color #e9e8b7
and this settings

12.-In the layers palette set mode BLEND
to OVERLAY and low the transparency to 54

13.-LAYERS-->MERGE VISIBLE
This is what we have:

14.-We add our text I'm using font Texas hero
with a INNER BEVEL effect in this settings

Effect-->Shadow

15.-LAYERS-->MERGE VISIBLE

16.-Imagen-->add border black-- 2pixel .

17.-MENU SELECCTIONS-->SELECT ALL

18.-MENU SELECTIONS-->MODIFY-->CONTRACT

16.-MENU SELECTIONS-->INVERT

17.-and we the selection running
MENU EFFECTS-->DISTORSION EFFECTS-->PIXELATE

Selections-->Select none

Imagen-->resize at 85 %
We save it as ANIMATION format

 

OPEN ANIMATION SHOP

1.-MENU EFFECTS-->INSERT IMAGEN EFFECT->UNDERWATER

whit this settings

click CUSTOMIZE and select this settings:

The vectors are very important
drag the dots with your mouse to get the settings right

and CLICK OK

Delete frame #1 (the one with no effect on it)
and ready!! yo can save it now in GIF format
