1.-New Raster Layer 475x375 px, COLOR #000000 .

2.-MENU SELECTIONS-->SELECT ALL

3.-Copy "background_ night"
MENU EDIT -->PASTE INTO SELECTION
MENU SELECT -->SELECT NONE

4.-Copy background "NY WTC EGS" (city) "
EDIT-->PASTE AS A NEW LAYER

5.-In the layer palette change TO BLEND MODE--> LUMINANCE
and low the TRANSPARENCY at 93

6.-This is how it looks now:

6.-Copy tube "Cool glasses_TubebyGini"
COPY -->PASTE AS A NEW LAYER

7.-IMAGEN -->RESIZE At 80%
Ubicamos a la izquierda.

8.-Activate Freehand selection tool
Select a portion of the glasses in the tube
FEATHER:2
SMOOTHING: 1
ANTIALIAS:CHECK

9.-MENU EDIT-->COPY
MENU SELECTIONS-->NONE

10.-EDIT -->PASTE AS NEW LAYER

11.-Activate DEFORMR TOOL
and lets play with the vector until we get something like my sample
( If you are using version PSPX o XI use PICK TOOL)

12.-In the layers palette change BLEND MODE TO SCREEN
Low the OPACITY at 18
And drag this layer one level down

This is what we have

13.-Set the Color Palette Foreground : Pattern ZILVER
Background: Gradiente BHW_DEADWOOD

Using this settings :

14.-TEXT TOOL in vertical direccion VERTICAL AND LEFT
VECTOR MODE and this settings

15.-In the Layers palette CONVERT VECTOR TO Raster Layer .
MENU ADJUST-->SHARPEN
MENU ADJUST-->SHARPEN MORE

16.-Change blend Mode of this layer to LUMINANCE LEGACY
And low OPACITY to 80%
Drag this layer one level down

Esto tenemos hasta ahora:

17.-MENU LAYERS-->MERGE VISIBLE
MENU IMAGEN-->CANVAS SIZE (500X400PX)

18.-SELECTION TOOL -->RECTANGLE FORM
Draw a rectagule over our text just like my sample

19.-With the selection still running
HIT THE RIGHT ARROW in your keyboard 6X
The portion selected will move to the right.

If this option doesn't work for you just drag the selection with MOVE TOOL
a bit to the right but be careful to align it with the rest of tag.

 

20.-MENU SELECTION -->SELECT NONE

21.-MENU SELECTIONS-->SELECT ALL
MENU SELECTIONS-->FLOAT
MENU SELECTIONS -->MODIFY-->EXPAND 2PX

22.-LAYERS-->ADD NEW LAYER
FLOOD FILL the selection with ZILVER TEXTURA
Drag this layer one level down in the layers palette :

23.-MENU SELECT-->SELECT NONE

24.-MENU EFFECTS-->EDGE EFFECTS-->ENHACE MORE

25.-MENU LAYERS-->MERGE VISIBLE

26.-LAYERS--> ADD NEW LAYER
Right Click over this layer and select
ARRANGE-->SEND TO BOTTOM

 

27.-FLOOD FILL with color #000000

28.-MERGE-->MERGE VISIBLE

29.-IMAGEN RESIZE at 85%
EFFECTS-->PLUGIN ULEAD GIF-X

And follow this steps to set it up

1.-SELECT LIGHT

2.-Click Gallery--> EFFECT LIGHT BULB2

3.-Set frames to 12

4.-Change Ambient Light to 73

5.- Click with the mouse over th effect and drag it to the up left corner

6.-CLICK --> SAVE
Frame DELAY 35

NAME IT and save it as GIF in an folder of your choice
CLOSE EFFECT WINDOW in PSP or hit cancel and you are done.
