-TUBE GRAPHIC (By Sara Smith, tube by Asphixya Rose)
-Font al gusto (I'm using Coffeshop)

-PLUGIN Visman Natural -->"Starmaker"
- "REFLET" download HERE
(This is not a PLUGIN is Photo-application
Download it and unzip it in any folder of your pereference)

1.-Open graphic tube "love yourself" in PSP
Duplicate and close the original
LAYERS->PROMOTE BACKGROUND

2.-EFFECTS-->PLUGIN VISMAN NATURAL-->STARMAKER
With the following settings

3.-Select CROP TOOL
And let's cut the image like I'm showing you in the sample

4.-MENU EFFECTS-->3D EFFECTS-->BUTTONIZE
color #ef656a and this settings:

5.-Select TEXT TOOL -->
Background #ef656a
Foreground #ffffff

and this settings

Let's use at least one Capital letter to give the effect we want
especially those with lower extension like p, g, etc

6.-Put into it's place(under girl's hand)
at the same level of water too

Don't forget to add credits as well

7.-LAYERS->CONVERT VECTOR TO RASTER LAYER

EFFECTS--> INNER LEVEL

EFFECTS-->ADD SHADOW

8.-Select PEN tool and Set colors to
foreground #ede7e7
Background inactivo
Using this settings

9.-Let's draw a semi-rectangle around the tag like this

10.-When we have the semi-retangle
right click with the mouse and from the menu select APPLY
(to release the draw mode tool)

11.-Let's draw more lines if we like.
We can also use shapes if we want ...like my example
(In the color palette lock background color
to achieve the effect we want )

12.-MERGE ALL FLATTEN

and resize to 80% if we want

This is what we have

13.-Save in JPG format and let's open it in the REFLET utility

1.-This is what we get when we open it.
at the time I did this tutorial the program was in french
by now you'll have an english version

2.-Open the tag we just made and set this settings in REFLET

CLICK in the ANIMATION ICON to see how our tag looks

3.-and save in GIF FORMAT if we are happy with it

4.-CLICK NON in the window

And we are done!!!

With this utility we can animated almost everything (tex ,Photos....etc)
Be sure to crop the graphics so you can get this reflection effect
and don't forget that it has to be a JPG file .
