1.-Open new image transparent 470x460

2.-MENU SELECTION -->SELECT ALL
Copy and paste “ivice_ pink pattern” INTO SELECTION

SELECTION-->SELECT NONE

3.-In the layer palette ADD A NEW RASTER LAYER
and we draw a rectangle using the SELECTION TOOL
like this

4.-MENU SELECTIONS-->INVERT

5.-In the Color palette set FOREGROUND color to #655557
Flood fill the border selection with this color
and SELECTION-->SELECT NONE

6.-EFFECTS-->TEXTURE EFFECTS -->MOSAIC ANTIQUE

7.-Low the OPACITY of this layer to 56%

MERGE -->MERGE VISIBLE
This is what we have so far

8.-In the layer palette ADD A NEW RASTER LAYER
SELECTIONS->LOAD SELECTION “ivice_select1” from disk

9.-In the Color palette set look for “Grey accent” gradient
and flood fill the selection
using this settings

10.-With the selection still running
MENU ADJUST -->BLUR->Gaussian Blur 35

11.-DUPLICATE this layer in the layers palette
active original layer and chage BLEND MODE Soft light
this how it look our layers palette so far

14.-SELECTIONS-->SELECT NONE
LOCK the VISIBILITY of layer "pink background"
and MERGE VISIBLE the "grey and copy of grey layers"

15.-Copy and paste AS A NEW LAYER "tube de Adam Braun"
resize the tube at 65%

16.-MENU ADJUST -->HUE AND SATURATION-->COLORIZE
Hue:0
Saturation:5

17.-Using Selection tool let's select ¾ of the tube

Copy and paste this selection as NEW LAYER
IMAGE-->MIRROR
This is how it looks now

18.- Low the OPACITY of this layer to 34%
AND DRAG this layer one level down

19.- Copy and paste as NEW LAYER tube " ivice_black ribbon"
with the MOVE TOOL place it into it's position (see original tag)

20.-Copy and paste AS NEW LAYER tube "Cant_metal_bymarcinha"
Put into it's position

21.-Copy and paste as well "Cant_metal_bymarcinha" (corners)
and Resize them at 65%)

Use IMAGE -->MIRROR to put into it's place

22.-Copy and Paste AS NEW LAYER
"BT_Metal_bymarcinha" (Resize at 45%)

Let's organize layers so the principal tube is always on top

This is how my layer palette looks now

22.-Relocate all teh embellishments into it's position

LOCK THE VISIBILITY of principal tube layer and
MERGE VISIBLE the rest of layers

23.-Copy and paste AS NEW LAYER " ivice_squares"
and Resize at 75%

24.-Copy and paste as NEW LAYER
" Rae_retrodays_paperclip3" and Resize at 75%

25.-With ERASE TOOL in this settings
let's remove part of the metal clip
so it looks like is holding the tag

24.-In the layers Palette ADD NEW RASTER LAYER

Set foreground to color #862020
and background LOCK
and using PEN TOOL -->DASHED STYLE

and this settings

Let's draw lines around the tag
look tag for reference .

25.-Change FOREGROUND color at #1e1616
And let's draw some more lines

You can choose different line styles
and as well play with the design adding lines
where ever you like.

26.-In the layers palette : drag the layer one level down
so lines are under the tube layer

27.-Add respective credits and signature
I used Pluma terceyra font same color red #862020

Resize tag if you like to

and we are done!!
